About Me

My name is Sheila, and I am the person behind the camera at Shoot Like a Girl Photography. When my daughters began participating in sports, I decided to pick up a camera and document the memories for them. I spent a lot of time learning whatever I could about sports photography, and grew to enjoy the hobby immensely.

Fast forward a few years and I was given the opportunity to photograph football games for my local high school team. I realized how much I enjoyed shooting for sports in general, and decided to continue building my skills as a sports photographer.
